If you need a great example of a fruit bearing church, the people of the Colossian church were just that. Paul wrote about two key factors: their faith in Jesus and the love the Colossians had for all God's people. Their faith in Jesus produced the fruit of love towards others. Because of the Colossians living out the the love that was produced by faith in Jesus, the gospel continued to spread throughout the world. When you truly understand God's grace as Paul talks about, you can't help but spread the love of Jesus.
So whether that is in word or deed, you will naturally spread the love of Jesus when you fully place your faith in Him. That doesn't necessarily mean shouting His name from the rooftops (although it could). It could just be a kind gesture like holding the door for someone or paying for the car behind you in the drive through just because. People notice these kind actions and they hold the power to change someone's day. You never know when simply changing someone's day could hold the power to change their entire life.
So never underestimate a kind gesture to a stranger or maybe even to someone who doesn't deserve it. You never know when that kind gesture could turn into an opportunity of discipleship. You never know when just being loving and kind could change one person which could snowball into changing so many more.
